For more information, check out https://www.minutemedia.com/. Minute Media is seeking a strategic and creative Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will be a key player in supporting our go-to-market strategy and pre-sale processes while driving cross-platform revenue growth with advertising partners across our portfolio of premium sports and lifestyle brands. What You'll Do: As a Manager, Integrated marketing you'll be instrumental in developing best-in-class RFP responses and pre sale pitch materials, managing the proposal process from start to finish, and collaborating with stakeholders across editorial, branded content, sales, and brand marketing. Post-sale, you'll ensure flawless execution of select sold campaigns. This is a cross-functional role ideal for someone who is both creative and highly organized. Pre-Sale Proposal Development & Management (70%) * Lead development of high-impact, customized RFP responses and proactive pitches tailored to client objectives * Manage the RFP process end-to-end, including internal brainstorms and cross-team collaboration * Work closely with departments like Editorial, Sales, Brand Marketing, and Branded Content to ensure pitches are creative, feasible, and on-brand * Build compelling, visually-appealing decks in PowerPoint or Keynote * Partner with Account Management on media plans aligned with proposal concepts * Own and manage pitch-phase P&Ls to ensure profitability Post-Sale Project Management (20%) * Lead post-sale execution for select campaigns, coordinating closely with editorial and branded content teams to ensure seamless delivery and campaign success Go-to-Market Material Creation (10%) * Collaborate on development and maintenance of go-to-market materials (case studies, one-sheets, wrap decks, etc.) * Support broader GTM strategy across verticals, franchises, and tentpoles Where You'll Be: * Office is based in NYC * We follow a hybrid approach to give you more options! * Most days you will have the flexibility to work remotely The expected salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $100,000. Actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, and location. Requirements * 4-5 years in integrated/client marketing at a digital media publisher * Proven track record of creating cross-platform marketing solutions that span digital, video, social, print, and experiential * Strong writing, storytelling, and pitch development skills, with an eye for visually sharp, on-brand presentations * Passion for sports and media * Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, PowerPoint, Keynote * Organized, creative, and detail-oriented with strong communication, collaboration, and fast-paced project management skills * Bonus: Familiar with ComScore, Google Analytics, MRI/Simmons Not sure that you're 100% qualified but are up for the challenge?
