SCOPE

The Manager – Industrial Engineering (Front-End) will lead the team in the product development phase, conducting method studies, recommending efficient production methods, and contributing to tech pack creation. The role focuses on process improvements, automation, and SMV reduction for continuous optimization, while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead method studies, recommend optimal production methods, and contribute to process improvement initiatives in the product development phase.
• Oversee Industrial Engineering activities during the product development stage and ensure effective communication of technical details to Plant IE teams.
• Identify and implement automation solutions to enhance productivity, reduce SMV, and drive lean initiatives in the front end.
• Monitor production efficiency and support pre-production meetings to ensure the successful execution of new styles.
• Provide guidance and performance management to the Front-End IE team, fostering continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Masters / Bachelors’ Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Clothing Technology with GSD License
• 6 to 9+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering in front end
