The role of Store Manager-In-Training (MIT) was created to provide a fast-track for highly motivated individuals eager to become Store Managers. In this position, you are held to superior customer service standards. You are expected to directly contribute to store goals by performing key duties in all aspects of operations. You will also be expected to take initiative from day one and you would not have it any other way. We know you will do whatever it takes.
