Gibbs Oil Company is looking for a Store Manager to lead a team and take charge of the store operations!

Requirements
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles
Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to maintain store cleanliness and organization standards
Experience in inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies
Proficiency in cash handling and ensuring sales accuracy
Knowledge of product promotions and marketing strategies
Capability to complete necessary paperwork and daily reports meticulously
Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members for success
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver's license and willingness to drive for company business as needed
Physical Requirements:
Comfort with having to stand for long periods and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
