About The Team The Hybrid Cloud team is comprised of two arms: Engineering and Operations. They are responsible for platform engineering in Azure, AWS and private cloud, OS management of Linux and Unix, as well as various services such as OpenAI, DNS, email and many others. About The Role We are looking for an experienced Hybrid Cloud Manager who shares our passion for technology, innovation, and excellence. You will lead a team of eight seasoned engineers working to keep our infrastructure performant, resilient, scalable, secure and cost-effective. You will play an integral role in helping us finish migrating a large part of our on-prem infrastructure to Azure and continue to manage remaining hypervisor and private cloud. What You Will Do * Help shape the future of our multi-cloud environment, continue our automation, IaC and AI journey * Own and manage platforms such as Azure, AWS, vSphere, HCI, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Linux and others * Be an advocate for improving stability, observability and self-service of our platforms through championing Dev/Sec/AI/GitOps methodologies and best practices * Balance competing priorities across multiple cross-functional projects * Support critical production workloads, as well as dev and test environments * Help troubleshoot complex issues and participate in retrospectives * Plan and mange departmental budget and vendors; identify opportunities for cost optimization in our CSPs
