Build and maintain a strong and positive relationship with departmental leaders and HR practitioners to provide strategic advice regarding organizational and people-related strategies
Review manpower planning with department and section heads and ascertain its justification to align with business needs before execution
Handle the end-to-end talent acquisition process; manage the employee journey from onboarding through performance management, talent development, and retention management
Manage and execute human resources-related projects and initiatives
Keep abreast of recent developments in HR practices and statutory requirements, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Prepare proposals and reports for management review
Review and implement the standardization of HR policies and procedures
Perform other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline
8 years of people management experience in a sizeable organization, with 3 years at the supervisory level
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to create strong relationships with line managers
Strong business acumen; confident, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
High integrity and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and employee data
Good command of spoken and written English, good Chinese report writing skills, and fluency in Putonghua are required
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
