Impact

As a Manager, Strategic Planning and Growth Operations located in Minneapolis MN or Birmingham, AL. Reporting directly to the Director of Growth Program Management and Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the shaping of the Growth team’s strategic direction, stewarding the Growth team’s key bodies of work forward, and implementing operating SOPs (standardized operating procedures).

While no two days are the same, you will be responsible for ensuring progress is made in the Growth Team’s key planning moments and deliverables. You will track progress and business performance, along with strong strategic thinking. Be critical in guiding the Growth team’s success for Shipt. Influencing change management for how we plan, execute, and measure the Growth team’s strategies and success.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of proven experience in strategic planning, program/project management, and change management, or related roles
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions to assist with goal development, and implement strategic plans and initiatives aligned with the Growth team’s vision, mission, and goals
• Collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams; demonstrated ability to gain alignment with leadership to gather input and insights and ensure strategic alignment across departments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels
• Strong project management skills to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives. Project work includes:Managing large key deliverables/projects for the Growth team by overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with business goals. Managing process improvement by analyzing existing processes and identify areas for improvement; implement best practices
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with industry best practices, trends, emerging technologies and strategic planning software and tools
