Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager located in Fort Worth, TX. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory levels. Additional duties include implementing company policies, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors. The Manager will also be tasked with training new employees, scheduling shifts, and promoting a positive work environment.

• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
