Job Description Job duties: Prepare financial statements for banking companies Conduct independent checking and verification for the works of the financial / regulatory reporting team Assure the HKMA returns produced are accurate and comply with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines of the bank Participate in accounting related projects such as systems enhancement for accounting and regulatory reporting, UAT of new products of the bank Draft accounting policies and procedures manuals Perform other ad hoc tasks when necessary Job requirements: University degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines and qualified accountant Over 6 years of relevant working experience in the financial reporting function of a banking company Familiar with HKMA requirements including banking returns, listing rules, and regulatory requirements applicable to banks, insurance companies and listed companies etc. Previous experience in system implementation of accounting systems will be an advantage Candidate with less experience can be considered as Assistant Manager, Accounting Interested parties please send your detail resume in MS WORD format with current and expected salary through “APPLY NOW” All data collected will be used for recruitment purpose only & will be used strictly confidential Only shortlisted candidates will be notified
