Your new role

• Lead Group-Level Financial Planning and Analysis:
  Drive the strategic financial planning process, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives and long-term goals.
• Finance Business Partnering:
  Collaborate closely with various business units to provide insightful financial analysis and support decision-making processes. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management.
• Management Reporting:
  Oversee the preparation and presentation of comprehensive management reports, delivering accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  Develop, manage, and refine the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring realistic and achievable financial targets.
• Financial Performance Monitoring:
  Continuously monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Finance Transformation Initiatives:
  Contribute to ongoing finance transformation projects aimed at improving efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of financial operations.
• Risk Management:
  Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Team Leadership:
  Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

What you'll need to succeed

• Above 6 years of working experience; preferably within commercial FP&A or Big 4.
• Background in Big 4 or Big 10 audit firms
• Professional qualifications such as MIA, ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, CFA, or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
