Your key responsibilities will include: * Conducting comprehensive technical and commercial evaluations for IT projects. * Providing support in the annual budgeting process and securing approvals for IT-related initiatives. * Preparing detailed proposals for senior management's review and approval for various projects. * Maintaining and monitoring the Capital Expenditure (CapEx) budget within SAP, ensuring budget compliance and financial integrity. * Collaborating with sector finance and business teams to validate business case premises effectively. * Managing the investment Management Information System (MIS) for finance projects across the divisions. * Assisting in the development and implementation of standard controls and investment policies across the divisions. * Standardizing processes and leveraging insights from various divisions to improve CapEx management. * Monitoring project budget utilization closely and reporting expected vs actual outcomes to stakeholders.
