Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

• Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and reports.
• Manage a team responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support process improvement and cost control initiatives, actively seeking efficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports and present key insights to management.
• Assist in the selection and implementation of financial systems.
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role in finance or related roles
• Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and operational oversight
• Proficiencies in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in Finance or a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are a plus
