PRIMARY LOCATION: Mumbai

Job Summary:

Ecommerce Manager – Amazon DSP & Search Ads, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns via the Amazon Demand-Side Platform (DSP). You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan audience targeting, manage budgets, analyse performance, and continually refine strategies to maximize ROAS and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven advertising strategies across Amazon Search Ads and Amazon DSP to drive product visibility, traffic, awareness, and conversions.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including keyword research, audience segmentation, bid optimization, creative coordination, pacing, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor, analyse, and continuously optimize campaign performance, ensuring KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and overall revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Leverage Amazon Advertising Console, Amazon DSP reporting tools, and third-party analytics platforms to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Ecommerce, Marketing, Creative, and Analytics to align advertising initiatives with business goals, promotional calendars, and marketplace trends.
  • Identify new audience targeting opportunities and innovative ad strategies to improve acquisition, retargeting, and campaign efficiency.
  • Stay current on Amazon Advertising capabilities, industry best practices, and emerging trends to keep campaigns competitive and forward-looking.
  • Provide regular performance reports, insights, and optimization recommendations to key stakeholders and leadership teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or ecommerce advertising, with hands-on experience managing Amazon DSP campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics (ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, CVR) and programmatic media buying.
  • Proficient in Amazon Advertising Console, Amazon DSP UI, and reporting tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with additional media buying platforms (Google DV360, Meta Ads Manager) is a plus.
