We are seeking an experienced Manager – DP Operations with hands-on expertise in managing DP operations within the broking industry. The ideal candidate should be well-versed and adaptable to regulatory changes and new product lines, ensuring seamless and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Depository Coordination & Vendor Management:
    • Liaise with Depositories and Back-office vendors for setup and resolution of queries.
    • Maintain DP Back-office systems and surveillance systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • DP Transactions & Collateral Management:
    • Execute DP transactions for Pay-in/Pay-out obligations, Margin Pledge, Unpledge, Repledge processes, and Collateral Management.
    • Coordinate with Exchanges as necessary to ensure efficient processing.
  • Client Management & Account Opening:
    • Handle client master modification requests in DP back-office and Depository systems.
    • Ensure accurate and compliant account opening across various segments for seamless trading.
  • Billing & Compliance:
    • Process DP billing and create billing schemes.
    • Ensure adherence to Compliance requirements for all transaction executions.
    • Collaborate with Internal and Concurrent Auditors for DP operations audits.
    • Handle SEBI, Exchange, and Depository inspections with efficiency.
  • System Enhancement & Automation:
    • Continuously enhance and automate systems to comply with evolving regulatory frameworks.
    • Ensure timely processing of transactions, maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports, checklists, and resolve queries promptly.
    • Proficiently use Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
  • Query Resolution:
    • Address internal and external queries effectively, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in handling DP Operations within the broking industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
