The Manager Digital Media Strategist Role We're looking for a strategic and analytical digital media expert to help shape and scale our paid media strategy. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional marketing teams and our media agency to guide channel strategy, analyze performance, and drive business impact. You bring curiosity, initiative, and a strong understanding of B2B digital media across social, SEM, programmatic, CTV, and content syndication. What makes this role interesting? Media Strategy & Planning (50%) * Partner with internal teams to shape campaign strategy aligned to business goals * Develop media briefs and collaborate with the agency to ensure strong execution * Evaluate and recommend media mix and audience strategies * Guide creative asset development to ensure media fit Analytics & Optimization (30%) * Monitor campaign performance across channels and funnel stages * Interpret data to uncover insights, opportunities, and areas for improvement * Partner with analytics and agency teams to improve reporting and media measurement * Advocate for data-driven decision-making across programs Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%) * Collaborate with Field, Global Programs, Web, and Content teams * Ensure paid media aligns with broader marketing initiatives and messaging * Champion media integration and consistent audience targeting across efforts Here's how you'll be making an impact: * Driving measurable impact through media * Elevating strategy and execution across paid channels * Partnering effectively with internal teams and our agency * Continuously improving based on insights and results We're looking for a teammate with: * Strong understanding of key media channels: social, SEM, programmatic, CTV, content syndication * Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to guide strategy * Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments * Experience in B2B or enterprise tech is a plus * Curious, proactive, and a strong sense of ownership are absolute requirements to do this role. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate's location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
