Job Description
The Digital Experience and AI Innovation Manager builds out two key initiatives within Rockwell Automation, Lifecycle Services. First, the Digital Customer Experience, which brings together our external web interfaces to delivery customer insights, relationship management, entitlements, support, pricing, and many other customer self-service focus areas. Second, the Digital Experience and AI innovation manager will lead our AI2 (AI Acceleration & Innovation) team. * Encourage Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation by helping teams experiment with technology, receive training and certifications, work with other SMEs, and test their ideas in a POC/sandbox environment.
* Scale Ideas and Use Cases: Lead a governance team to review incoming use cases and determine which ideas will receive investment to scale and deliver tangible value.
* Navigate Challenges: Apply project and program management skills to overcome common challenges such as data integrity, development resources, user adoption, and incomplete project justification. Regularly review progress and ensure AI technology investments produce returns.
Your Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and day-to-day management to a team consisting of direct reports, contracts, and shared service employees, including product owner(s), tech lead(s), and data scientist(s)
* Manage a multi-million dollar project budget and deliver on investment ROI's, including providing regular status update to partners.
* Ensure on time & quality release of key technology deliverables.
* Lead collaboration across teams in an agile process in tools such as Jira on the development of new digital experiences to achieve financial and digital objectives.
* The ability to influence at all levels of the organization and drive large-scale initiatives forward.
* Work in a fast-paced environment that fosters creativity and collaboration.
* Vendor Management: Engage and manage relationships with external AI technology vendors and partners.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
* Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visa, now or in the future.
* The ability to travel up to 10%
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
* Ability to analyze complex data to guide decision-making.
* Ability to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Innovation Mindset: A forward-thinking and innovative approach with a passion for emerging AI technologies.
* Project Management: Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Experience with multiple AI technologies from low code to custom development, internally built and off the shelf use cases across a large engineering centric global organization.
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, OpenAI, or Co-Pilot Studio.
* Certifications in AI or project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
* 5 years + experience in a similar role within a tech-driven or innovative organization.

For this role the base salary compensation is from $110,400.00 - 165,600.00 USD, with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, education and experience.
