Key Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Develop and implement smart, ambitious growth strategies to expand sales, revenue, and market presence across our brand studio and multi-platform media products (Echelon, EconomyNext, Neon).
- Spot New Opportunities: Research market trends, identify high-potential clients and sectors, and proactively tap into networks to open new doors.
- Build Powerful Partnerships: Cultivate and manage strong, lasting relationships with clients, agencies, and strategic partners to ensure retention, upselling, and long-term collaboration.
- Own the Sales Cycle: Lead the full sales process — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closing, and onboarding — with a focus on delivering value and results.
- Collaborate to Win: Work hand-in-hand with editorial, creative, content, and production teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client goals and media strategy.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep a pulse on market trends, competitive activity, and evolving client needs to keep our offerings relevant and future-ready.
- Deliver on Targets: Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals by tracking pipeline progress, managing key performance indicators (KPIs), and converting opportunities.
- Pitch with Impact: Lead the ideation and development of persuasive proposals, presentations, and contracts to secure new business and strategic partnerships.
Key Requirements
- Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated track record in business development and sales, preferably within a brand studio, media house, content agency, or creative consultancy — with a focus on driving revenue and growth.
- Pipeline Power: Experience managing high-value sales pipelines, consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious targets.
- Media Savvy: Strong understanding of media, advertising, branded content, and digital platforms — with the ability to translate client needs into compelling solutions.
- Deal Closer: Skilled in lead generation, proposal creation, pitching, and closing high-value deals that drive real impact.
- Relationship Builder: Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills, with a focus on long-term partnerships and retention.
- Strategic & Tactical: A sharp thinker who combines strategy with execution — delivering results while adapting quickly to client needs and business shifts.
- Driven by Targets: Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with clear KPIs and revenue goals.
- Educational Background: A degree or equivalent qualification in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
