You will be part of a cross-functional team committed to advancing enterprise data initiatives. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Data Strategy Leader and collaborate with ERP, analytics, IT, operations, finance, and business units to support the development and execution of the organization’s master data strategy.

LOCATION:

Remote (25% travel may be expected) WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Support the development and execution of a master data strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Assist in maintaining and improving master data processes and standards across the enterprise
• Help enforce data governance frameworks and ensure alignment with compliance requirements
• Collaborate with ERP, analytics, and business teams to gather and translate data needs
• Coordinate data quality assurance activities including audits, metrics tracking, and corrective actions
• Partner with technical teams to support integration of master data solutions into existing systems
• Assist in change management initiatives, including promoting data literacy and supporting training efforts
  
  

How Will You Qualify

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in insulation distribution or building materials (SPI or similar experience preferred)
• Experience supporting enterprise data or technology projects
• Strong understanding of data governance, master data management, and data quality principles
• Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Comfortable with remote work and up to 25% travel
