MANAGER -DATA PROTECTION & GOVERNANCE

Key Responsibilities

— Ensure that all the regulatory/operational requirements related to Data Governance are timely enforced and delicately followed up.

— Ensure that all the organization activities complied with the data protection regulations.

— Design, implement and review appropriate data protection & governance framework aligned with the statutory & industry standards.

— Act as a primary contact point for data protection matters with the both internal and external stakeholders.

— Implement an operational governance structure to instill Compliance accountability & transparency for enhancing data protection framework within the organization.

The Ideal Candidate Profile

— Degree in Information Security, Computer Science or equivalent Qualification

— Attorney at Law or Law degree holder, specializing in Data Protection will be added qualification.

— Possessing relevant Professional Certifications will be an added qualification.

— At least 5 years of experience as a Data Protection Officer role or similar role preferably in Finance Industry

— Experience in handling data breach responses, internal audits, risk assessment related to data protection & governance.

— Good Communication and Time Management Skills. Working under pressure and multitasking capabilities.
