The Manager - Data and Analytics performs at a high level of autonomy to conduct analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data from systems used by all Rescue Mission entities. This role requires the ability and technical knowledge to analyze and filter data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems and using statistical tools to identify, research, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction. Job Skills/Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years related work experience or Master's Degree and 3 years of relevant experience. * Experience: 3-5 yrs of job related work experience. * Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Proficient in Salesforce * Communication Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write business reports, correspondence and procedure manuals and present complex information. * Math Skills: High Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. * Job Related Certifications / Licensing / Professional Registry or Memberships Requirements: Certification in an Analyst program preferred. * Other Skills and Abilities: SQL, Excel (intermediate-Advanced), Statistical programs, two years of working knowledge of Salesforce Additional Job Requirements: Report design, writing/analysis, SQL, Crystal Reports, Excel (Intermediate-Advanced), two years of working knowledge of Salesforce (Proficient), PowerPoint (Advanced); other statistical software experience helpful.
