Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Science.
• MBA or Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

• 10 to 15 years of experience in a business analytics role.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to the Business Excellence function.
• Assist in the implementation of special projects as needed.
• Compile and validate business data, identifying issues and ensuring accurate reporting.
• Perform business analysis to generate actionable insights and publish regular business dashboards.
• Collaborate with technical teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
• Manage day-to-day project coordination, including slide deck preparation and other analytical content, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools such as Python and R.
• Working knowledge of additional analytics tools like SQL and Tableau.
• Deep understanding of business and sales data.
