What You´ll Do

• Be the primary point of contact for SAP EPM users within the global Henkel Consumber Brands-Finance (HCB-F) community
• Drive continuous optimization, maintenance, and enhancement of EPM & relevant processes
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to resolve technical challenges and implement new features
• Support global closing and planning cycles to ensure smooth, efficient processes
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to provide valuable insights for senior management and global teams
• Analyze financial and operational data to support global controlling activities
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Excellent university degree with major in data & business analytics
• Ideally 4 years of experience in the area of data analytics, business intelligence and finance
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization
• Proficient in Power BI, EPM and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills to translate insights into action and support informed decision-making
• A passion for problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
