Job Purpose

The Data Analytics and Business Manager for Mobility Operations key responsibilities include measuring and optimizing operational performance, processes, and KPIs, SLA’s, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and across multi-modal operations. This role involves strategic planning, data mining, performance management, and continuous improvement to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of mobility services to guests, staff, and other approved users.


The incumbent in this role will play a fundamental part in creating the measurements, and metrics and in developing and enhancing the mobility operations. There will be a specific emphasis on driving efficiency and creating performance management dashboards, B.I. reports, and refining delivery standards.


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day mobility operations dashboard to ensure the availability of correct data elements representing the state of operations and exceptions.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to align with the dynamic demands of the mobility industry.
  • Identify trends and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of mobility operations.
  • Oversee the measurement for delivery of KPIs to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet or exceed customer expectations, and KPIs in the mobility space.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture within the unique context of mobility services.
  • Align operational strategies with the ever-evolving landscape of mobility.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, considering the distinct needs of mobility services.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations within the mobility context.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders in the mobility industry.
  • Implement corrective actions to address operational challenges specific to mobility services.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by management to contribute to the overall success and efficiency of the team and organization.


Job Requirements


Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in operations and service delivery within the mobility or professional services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, particularly in the context of mobility services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, considering the unique communication requirements of the mobility sector.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a deep understanding of the mobility industry.
  • Proficient in BI other data analytics, mining, performance metrics tools, and reporting.


Skills:

  • Skills Proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in efficiently coordinating service delivery operations, including scheduling, routing, and logistics management.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate unexpected challenges, including roadblocks, accidents, weather conditions, and regulatory changes, ensuring effective resolutions.
  • Skill in building and maintaining strong relationships with service suppliers to optimize cost-effectiveness and service quality.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, utilizing data to make informed decisions and optimize service delivery operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal management, suppliers, and customers.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, making necessary adjustments to schedules and routes to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Familiarity with transportation management software and tools to streamline operations and data management.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
