Role Overview:


Managers at CoPoint Data lead project teams and client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of complex data and AI initiatives. They combine technical expertise with project management skills to drive value creation while supporting the professional development of their teams.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Manage client engagements and project lifecycles
  2. Develop and Implement Software solutions as per the client requirement.
  3. Lead AI transformation initiatives that enhance software development processes
  4. Oversee the development of sophisticated AI solutions.
  5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships at multiple levels
  6. Guide solution architecture and technical approach for major initiatives
  7. Establish AI governance frameworks and best practices
  8. Direct the integration of multiple AI technologies into cohesive business solutions
  9. Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients
  10. Contribute to practice development and service offering innovation
  11. Coach and develop team members to enhance their capabilities
  12. Ensure profitability and quality across project portfolio


Qualifications:


  1. 7+ years of experience in technology consulting or related fields
  2. Proven experience leading software development teams and managing client engagements
  3. Hands-on experience Software Development tools like React.js / Node.js / JavaScript. / .NET and SQL.
  4. Comprehensive understanding of the AI solution landscape
  5. Leadership experience in AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives
  6. Expertise in AI adoption strategies and change management
  7. Ability to translate AI capabilities into measurable business value
  8. Strong project management and client relationship skills
  9. Business acumen and understanding of industry-specific challenges
  10. Experience in business development and proposal / sow creation
  11. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  12. Ability to navigate complex organizational environments
