Purpose:
The Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) Performance Manager is responsible for designing, creating and maintaining customer and program performance reports and dashboards that provide strategic insights that inform decision-making and CRM strategies. This role bridges the gap between marketing and data, focusing on measuring customer behavior, identifying trends, to inform CRM marketing strategies to enhance customer relationships and maximize conversion and value at all stages of the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
* Evaluate the performance of CRM lifecycle campaigns, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track effectiveness, ROI and providing recommendations for improvement.
* Design and create detailed customer and program performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations, highlighting business outcome metrics and findings.
* Analyze customer data to uncover trends, behaviors, and opportunities that inform CRM activation plans and forecast performance to enhance the customer experience, conversion and satisfaction.
* Segment data sets using demographic, behavioral, and transactional data to inform CRM plans and decisions for personalized marketing campaigns.
* Provide actionable insights to optimize the customer journey, improve overall experience and conversion at different stages of the customer lifecycle.
* Recommend and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to inform testing roadmap to continue to optimize effectiveness of CRM marketing tactics.
* Work closely with a cross functional marketing and analytics team to align on measurement framework, tagging strategies and tools to track key performance indicators and customer behavior while ensuring data privacy and compliance standards.
* Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure the accuracy and reliability of customer data.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, customer relationship management (CRM), or a similar role.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
* Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
* Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven track record of using data analytics to drive customer engagement and retention.
* Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of the organization.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Annual Pay Range: $120-135k with bonus opportunity
