About the Role:
Join the growing Marketing team at Wonder as CRM Operations Manager, where you'll be leading the deployment of Marketing communications across Email, SMS, Push Notifications & In-App Messaging. You'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our CRM strategies, including integrating with new business lines & brands, launching subscription groups for tailored email messaging, introducing SMS as a new channel, along with many additional upcoming projects.
Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you'll optimize customer journey flows, identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities, and implement personalized email strategies using Braze & Movable Ink for enhanced customer engagement. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful CRM initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
* Utilize Braze to setup & deploy all Editorial, Lifecycle & Transactional emails, push notifications, SMS & in-app messages
* Optimize Braze Integration between Wonder & new business lines/brands. Cross-functional partnership with internal & external teams to setup Braze for scale
* Launch subscription groups for emails to allow customers to choose what type of messages they want to receive
* Launch Marketing SMS as a net new channel in Braze. Create a strategy to get existing customers to subscribe to SMS, and an updated onboarding strategy for new customers to opt-in
* Collab with Field Marketing & Ops to optimize communications for events at new and existing Wonder locations
* Collab with Product & Data to identify new Lifecycle upsell & cross-sell opportunities
The experience you Have:
* 4-6+ years of proven experience in CRM Marketing, including experience with Braze or similar ESP platform.
* HTML coding experience
* Experience with Customer Data Platforms (mParticle), visualization tools (Looker), and database tools (Snowflake/BigQuery).
* Experience working with Movable Ink or similar is a bonus but not required.

Salary:
$122,000
