Manager, Continuous Improvement

THE POSITION:
At STACK, the Manager, Continuous Improvement will report to the Vice President of Delivery and Process Improvement and play a key role in supporting process excellence across the organization. This individual will be responsible for facilitating process mapping sessions, workshops, and improvement initiatives-both virtually and in person. They will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop, maintain, and update process documentation, including policies, procedures, and workflows.
A core part of this role includes aggregating and organizing process documentation from across the business and applying methodologies such as Lean, Agile, and Six Sigma to identify and implement opportunities for improvement. In partnership with the VP, the Continuous Improvement Lead will assess enterprise-wide processes, build business cases, and evaluate value creation and risk mitigation opportunities.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in process facilitation, continuous improvement, and documentation management, along with the ability to work cross-functionally and align improvements with stakeholder needs across diverse departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate process mapping sessions, workshops, and improvement initiatives (both in-person and virtual).
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to create, update, and maintain process maps, policies, and procedures.
* Aggregate and organize process documentation from across the company and manage content through regular review cycles.
* Identify and implement process improvement opportunities using Lean, Agile, and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
* Prepare business cases to support value creation and risk mitigation efforts across the organization.
* Support the delivery of cross-functional process improvement initiatives and change management efforts.
* Analyze current workflows and suggest optimizations to improve quality, consistency, and efficiency.
* Partner with leaders and teams across departments to align process improvements with strategic goals.
The Details:
* Location: Denver, CO
* Travel: Up to 5% domestically
* Compensation: $100,600 to $120,600 + 10% Bonus
* Must be eligible to work in the United States
* Must pass a comprehensive background screening
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or related discipline (Associate's degree with significant relevant experience will be considered)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, process facilitation, business operations, or related fields
* Proven experience with process mapping, documentation management, and leading process improvement initiatives
* Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile frameworks, or other process optimization methodologies
* Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solving skills
* Excellent facilitation and communication skills, both virtual and in-person
* Ability to execute, process, and prioritize tasks with minimal-to-no supervision
* Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with internal staff, external consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders
* Comfortable establishing and managing content review cycles for process documentation
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Miro, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), and experience with process documentation tools
