We are looking for a strategic and creative Content Management - Manager to lead a global team of Content managers supporting the development, execution, and governance of content across all digital and customer-facing platforms. In this role you will alignment with business goals, and champion best practices to ensure content quality, consistency, and performance. Strong client management skills are essential, as you'll act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with exceptional service and strategic content solutions. This role is a perfect fit for someone looking to deliver exceptional experiences and has a passion for delivering excellence. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and execute publishing resources against content management for internal and customer facing platforms(web, email, mobile, social, etc.) . * Lead, mentor, and grow a team of content managers * Foster a creative, innovative, and performance-oriented team culture * Collaborate with Platform, Comms, Learning and Production teams to ensure seamless content execution * Serve as a strategic liaison between the content team and internal/external clients * Understand client goals and translate them into effective content strategies and deliverables * Set expectations, manage feedback loops, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of content * Build strong, trusting relationships to ensure long-term client satisfaction and alignment * Manage content operations and workflows using content management systems (CMS) * Define KPIs, leverage analytics and reporting to drive continuous improvement * Partner with localization teams to ensure effective multilingual content support * Develop and manage content budgets * Drive internal strategy for global expansion * Allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables * Monitor industry and competitor content to identify opportunities for improvement * Continuously evaluate and improve content management processes and workflows. * Ensure highest quality output of team deliverables Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or a related field * 6+ years of experience in content strategy, digital content management, or editorial leadership * 3+ years of people management experience * Proven experience in client-facing roles or client management * Proficiency with CMS and LMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, AEM, Drupal), SEO tools, and analytics platforms * Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives * Exceptional communication, writing, and editing abilities * Experience with content localization preferred * Proactive, fast-learning self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, global environment. Must be team-oriented, flexible, and open to working outside standard hours, including occasional weekends. The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
