◆ 主な役割:
Working alongside the Director, HOKA, the Manager, Channel Marketing, HOKA, is responsible for developing and implementing the GTM strategy across our strategic wholesale partners, DTC retail stores, HOKA.com, social and brand paid media. This passionate and confident leader will lead a team of 3 experts owning the pre-season GTM planning for the channels including visual merchandising planning, sell-in support as well as in-season channel and consumer brand initiatives including POPs, window graphic change-outs, in-store brand experiences, wholesale account promotions, digital content and channel planning.
This is a playing manager role, therefore in addition to leading, guiding and growing the team members, this individual also will be working directly with key wholesale accounts and it is important that, in alignment with the HOKA sales team, they develop a strategic seasonal and annual plan for each partner, in partnership with Director, HOKA.
This critical position works closely with a wide range of internal teams to ensure the GTM plans align and complement brand strategies. This includes; HOKA Japan Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, Operations, DTC Retail, Ecom, Global Marketing, Global Creative. Within Japan Marketing organization, this individual will particularly work closely with Field Experience Representative Team to develop instore physical experiences for consumers and store staff, and with Integrated Marketing Manager to bring the brand content and campaigns to life in the channels.

■20%:Seasonal and annual Channel Marketing Strategy Development
- Lead team members to develop full-year marketing plan for all channels ;
- Set up omni-channel full year/ seasonal / monthly activity calendar
- Understand the insight of runners, hikers and lifestyle consumers that are unique to each channel and account and act as a consumer expert
■40%:Pre-&In-Season Trade Marketing
- Plan and execute seasonal trade shows
- Catalogue creation and B2B tool readiness by working with MD, Tech, Operations and Global product marketing team
- Create and deliver channel specific marketing assets, including in-store POPs,
graphics, GWPs, digital banners in alignment with the rest of Japan Marketing team, working with external production agencies
- Design, build and maintain shop-in-shop spaces in partnership with Sales team and visual merchandizing specialist, as well as Merchandising team
■35%:Leading the team
- Lead and support 3 channels experts (DTC Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Digital Marketing)
- When needed, act as the point of contact with other local Channel leads (Sales, DTC Retail and EC) as well as Global and other regional teams
■5%:Operations
- Budget planning and management
- Marketing order management
- In-store collateral management

【Education/ Experience】
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years related marketing experience including trade, retail, product and digital marketing
- People management experience is a must
- Experience organizing and supporting online and physical presence with wholesale accounts or directly owned stores, executing marketing initiatives around consumer-driven objectives
- Managing multiple projects and developing project plans and managing budgets
- Proven networking and relationship-building experience required
- Footwear/retail experience preferred.
- Experience and/or interest in running, fitness, lifestyle (fashion, sneakers) or outdoors preferred
【Skills/Competencies】
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese to interact with colleagues and the executive management professionally
- A high level of English proficiency is required.
