As Manager Channel Development, you will play an integral role in designing a multi category go-to-market approach to build an SFP ecosystem where Direct and Indirect Channels harmoniously complement each other. You will be implementing a deployment plan for the expansion of device and consumable sales and will be analyzing the performance of channels on a regular basis.
Job Responsibilities
You Will Be Responsible For
- Sales Analytics & Density - footprint model design & validation
- Foster and further develop advocacy programs & strategy in indirect retail universe
- Development and Execution of an omnichannel Trade Engagement concept leveraging RAAS &/or DTE Engagement
- Defining priorities on retailer trainings to enable the retailer and staff to act as our brand and product ambassador
- Tracking of In Call mission across touchpoints & consolidate information & KPI across field forces
- Define success criteria and tracking of performance of Indirect Retail for GTM model
- Reporting of in call mission effectiveness while driving Mystery shopper programs across the field force
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8-10 years of proven experience in managing and designing GTM for Indirect Channel Modern Trade (Convenience Stores, Supermarkets), ideally gained in the consumer products and/or electronic devices industries.
- Managed large commercial projects in Modern Trade including development, implementation and deployment of commercial strategies
- A strong understanding of commercial retail principles, consumer insights, and market analysis.
- Experience managing a small team is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on detail
- An achievement-focused attitude with the determination to excel and attain lofty targets.
- The ability to think strategically and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving market environment.
