The Manager, Call Center will work closely to ensure that all National Accounts and client groups receive outstanding service in an efficient and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a leader and have multi-state coverage. Will supervise, hire and train call center professionals. Must be analytical and have CRM experience.

Job Requirements
Education / Training
- 4-year Degree or equivalent management experience.
Qualifications
Work Experience & Skills
- 5-10 years of supervisory and management experience in a fast-paced call center.
- Exemplify exceptional communication and customer service principals.
- A proven track record hiring, developing and mentoring and a world class team.
- Strong skills, in training, implementation of new policies and procedures to streamline efficiencies.
- Solid experience; monitoring, script development and elevating customer service to new levels.
- Strong leadership skills, builder of positive relationships with all clients and all level of management.
- Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws.
- Ability to use typical business tools including E-Mail, Word, Excel, etc and CRM with some dispatching knowledge
