About The Role
We are looking for smart, driven individuals who can help shape the future of customer experience (CX). In this role, you will:
Partner with enterprise clients, uncovering their CX challenges and delivering game-changing insights.
Stay ahead of trends, competitors, and opportunities in the CX space.
Craft powerful business documents, including strategic roadmaps and product pitches.
Drive strategies for new products and refine existing ones based on market and customer insights.
Design and execute go-to-market plans that move the needle.
Collaborate across teams to align on big-picture goals and achieve them.

Confident in front of customers and CXOs—whether on a call or in the boardroom
Quick to grasp enterprise sales motion, and capable of managing the nuances of B2B selling
Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and the realities of a scaling company
A natural communicator with strong presence, persuasion, and people instincts
You thrive when given ownership and love solving unstructured problems
Flexible to travel for key customer meetings, workshops, and sales interventions
