This role is responsible for driving sales of Unit Trust and PRS products through strategic partnerships with banks, IFAs, and other distribution channels, while developing and executing sales strategies to enhance market competitiveness. It also involves building strong distributor relationships, conducting training sessions, and creating motivational campaigns to support business growth and achieve sales targets.
Position Responsibilities
- The incumbent is responsible for the sale of all Unit Trust and PRS products through partnerships including Banks, IFAs and other related sales channels.
- The role is accountable in implementing sales strategies for these channels and maintaining good distributor relationships to increase revenue aimed at enhancing the company’s competitive position in the market.
- Work with Banks, IFAs, agents and other distribution channels to develop business opportunities to access potential Unit Trusts and PRS clients. To drive activities to secure new business.
- Develop motivation and sales campaign programs on a regular basis to achieve business growth and sales objectives set beforehand.
- Train and develop agents, bankers, relationship managers via seminars and sales presentations as determined by the business model selected.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and distribution of Unit Trust and PRS products, preferably through partnership channels such as banks, IFAs, and agents.
- Strong understanding of investment products and the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to drive business growth.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage and influence external partners.
- Strong presentation, training, and communication skills to effectively support and develop distribution partners.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
