Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven individuals for two profiles - Manager - Business Development and Project Coordinator to lead our efforts in identifying and expanding business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in market research, relationship building, and strategic planning, especially in engaging with government bodies and public sector organizations. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s growth and achieving long-term partnerships with both government and private stakeholders. Applications preferably from Gandhi Fellowship, Public Policy in Action(PPIA), Piramal Foundation, Transform Rural India (TRI) organization, Teach for India organization (TFI) etc.


Key Responsibilities for Manager Business Development:

  • Business Opportunity Identification:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging business opportunities and build strong pipelines in target markets.
  • Assess and prioritize potential areas for expansion based on market trends and company goals.


  • Relationship Building:

a. Establish and foster relationships with government bodies and public sector organizations to explore potential collaborations, partnerships, and contracts.

b. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective stakeholders to drive long-term business partnerships.


  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans and sales strategies aligned with company objectives to meet growth targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand business needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.


  • Proposal and Presentation Development:

a. Prepare, present, and follow through on detailed proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.

b. Utilize data-driven insights to support proposals and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.


  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and coordination.
  • Facilitate strong connections with government or private sector partners to support business objectives.


Key Responsibilities for Project Coordinator:

  • Building and maintaining relations with key government officials and other relevant stakeholders in the ecosystem
  • Implementation and end to end project delivery for large scale programs.
  • Visiting different districts of the state to facilitate project delivery.
  • Ensure identification, onboarding, and successful usage of students from the given project.
  • Reporting to the leadership team and government officials on project progress and outcomes
  • Document all inspiring success stories, efforts, challenges and internal & external discussions.


Qualifications for both the profiles:

  • Graduates from one of the public policy fellowships in India - Gandhi Fellowship, Public Policy in Action(PPIA), Piramal Foundation, Transform Rural India (TRI) organization, Teach for India organization (TFI) etc.
  • Strong planning and project management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention-to-details.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with key stakeholders at all levels within and outside the organisation.
  • Experience with business development with government agencies is a plus
  • Good organisational and time management skills to help keep projects on track.
