Aurex Group is partnering with a developer to seek for a Manager, Asset Management to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of company’s commercial assets
• Maximize the value of assets by formulating and implementing asset plan, including leasing strategies, asset management standard, marketing, positioning, and asset enhancement.
• Prepare and oversee the execution of the annual business plan with quarterly review as well as leasing and operating report for their portfolio.
• Manage tenancies / tenants in the project(s) and process relevant leasing and transaction documents to ensure delivery of leasing strategies applicable to the project
• Ensuring high standards of presentation and maintenance throughout the portfolio in conjunction with the Property Management team.
• Execute the annual marketing plan, including promotion events, advertising plans and tenant relations initiatives.
• Involved in conducting valuation on property development and investment appraisals.
• Formulate exit strategics and carry out market research and feasibility studies on property and business-related topics.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Surveying, Real Estate Economics and Finance, Accounting and Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
• Proactive, passionate, and a good communicator at all levels with excellent integrity and strong sense of responsibility
• Sharp analytical skills, attention to detail and organized, able to work independently
