Position Summary: Primary: * Accountable for the success of the assigned deliverable (i.e. This could mean managing multiple projects or teams rolling up to a deliverable/initiative) * Technical project planning and resource management. This will include ability to generate reports using data and provide analysis accordingly (i.e. Azure Devops queries, Power BI) * Ability to identify and manage risk to deliverables to include developing contingency plans to mitigate issues. * Provides technical leadership (guidance and mentorship) to the team to ensure they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks * Required to effectively communicate upwards and with peers across the IT organization on progress, plans and roadblocks * Improve process by providing recommendations for automation * Ability to adapt to new technology, changing priorities and environments. Additional: * Able to establish and enforce team process, procedures and standards. * Capable to hold development design and code review session(s) * Other responsibilities and projects as business and department needs arise Required Qualifications: * Track record of successful project and product delivery (on time and with quality). * Ability to manage and deliver complex work from start to finish * Experience leading cross-functional teams * Solid understanding of infrastructure and database systems (Oracle RDBMS) * Development and/or QA Testing experience.
