Responsibilities

SJA MT 2025 is a fast-track career development program designed to prepare SJA Future Leaders. You will learn SJA's business processes, work on meaningful projects that contribute to business and social impacts, and collaborate with experts.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or those with a maximum of 2 years work experience
• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in:
• Economics or communication-related majors for the Marketing Stream
• Engineering related-majors for the Operation Stream
• Minimum of GPA 3.25 (D4/S1) or 3.5 (S2)
• Have an internship and organizational experience
• Have solid leadership experiences
• Have innovative, experimental mindset and drive to deliver business result
• Passionate to work in FMCG
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia
