Our client is a leading building materials company looking for candidates who are ready to grow their career in the construction industry. This opportunity provides you with a unique chance to learn all of the day-to-day operations of a wholesale construction building materials organization with a clear path to becoming a branch manager or outside sales leader.

In this 2-3 year management trainee program you will have the opportunity to learn every segment of the business and culture. Once training is successfully completed, you will have an opportunity to run his or her own branch or become an outside sales leader.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, sales, or related discipline OR 2 or more years of experience in the wholesale construction materials industry
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated interest or experience working in construction
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English language
