We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join us as a Management Trainee. This role is designed to equip you with the essential knowledge, skills, and experience to excel in various aspects of our operations and prepare you for a leadership role within the company.

Product Manager Trainee

This trainee will support Earn & FP product teams in designing and operating user-facing financial products.

Basic Requirements:

• Strong interest in Web3, DeFi, and investment products
• User-first mindset and empathy for financial UX
• Analytical with basic data understanding
• Comfortable with cross-team communication

Daily Work Scope:

• Conduct user interviews, competitor research
• Help draft product specs and flows
• Track UAT and post-launch product performance
• Coordinate feature rollout and documentation
• Support campaign planning and cross-BU communication
