We’re a fresh food kiosk startup serving fried pizza pockets and Italian street eats—and we’re looking for a Management Trainee to work directly with the founder. This is a rare chance to get hands-on experience across all aspects of launching and growing a food business: from setting up operations and securing new locations to marketing, budgeting, and developing strategic partnerships.

This isn’t your average desk job. You’ll help shape the systems and strategy behind a business aiming for growth—perfect for someone who thrives in a startup culture and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

Your key responsibilities:

• Scout and evaluate potential kiosk locations, coordinate launches, and oversee store openings.
• Optimize operational workflows and help build scalable systems and processes.
• Assist in financial planning, expense tracking, and ensuring compliance with business regulations.
• Collaborate with vendors, negotiate terms, and help build a strong supply chain.
• Contribute to brand and marketing efforts, from testing campaigns to exploring new channels.

We’d love to work with someone who:

• Has a degree in business, hospitality, culinary arts, or similar.
• Brings 1–2 years of experience in the food industry, startup space, or a relevant field.
• Is self-driven, proactive, and has a knack for solving problems independently.
• Enjoys building structure and systems from the ground up.
• Can handle a variety of tasks in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment.
• Has a passion for food, startups, and continuous growth—personally and professionally.
