About the position

You will be responsible for assisting the management team with daily tasks and planning travel arrangements. You will also be involved in projects aimed at improving the planning of various activities, such as project management, report creation, and presentations.

What are you going to do?

• Monitor and participate in projects such as competitor analysis, searching for software solutions, and conducting initial screenings.
• Support the management team with daily tasks and administrative operations.
• Managing agendas for the management.
• Create presentations and reports.
• Provide support to the industrial team in coordinating in-office meetings.
• Organize and manage travel arrangements for the management team, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Document and prepare detailed minutes for meetings, following up on action points.
• Assist in the communication, digitization, and organization of office documents to ensure easy access and security.

What do you bring?

• Good level of English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proven experience in travel coordination, travel agencies, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
