To support our management and engineering teams, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable assistant to our office in Wismar. 

Your tasks

As an assistant for management and engineering team, you can expect diverse and challenging tasks in an international environment. Your main tasks include:

• Preparation and follow-up of meetings.
• Planning and coordinating trips and company events.
• Acting as the interface with external accounting services.
• Creating professional documents, reports, and presentations.
• Supporting management and engineering team in daily administrative tasks.
• Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handling general office tasks.
• Maintaining the organization and efficiency of office workflows.

Your profile

You are a motivated and organizationally talented person with a high degree of initiative. You bring the following qualifications and skills:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in an international or engineering environment.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including MS Copilot
• Excellent German (at least C1 level) and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Independent and structured way of working and strong organizational skills. 
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• High communication and teamwork skills
• Integrative and supportive attitude 
• Reliability and discretion
