Summary

Purpose: The Production Line Coordinator ensures their assigned production lines are operating at consistent peak efficiency. This role is also responsible for training of the production line team members. Education, Experience & Proficiencies: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Production line experience preferred Familiarity with Sage 100 (ERP) and ScanCo (WMS) preferred Microsoft Office 365 The Person We Are Looking for Is: Observant: Able to discern subtle trends and patterns; and learn from them. You Will Be Accountable For: Overseeing the productivity, quality, and training for up to two production lines. Reconciling shortages and damaged product and updating order status. Maintaining a clean, safe, and fun working environment on your production lines. Leading, managing, and holding accountable your assigned production line team members. Adhering to all safety procedures and established workplace rules. Other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: Lift and carry 30-50 pounds throughout the workday. Tolerate moderate to high noise level in warehouse. Vision abilities required are color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Perform steady pace of work while completing repetitive physical movements: stand, kneel, push and pull objects, reaching with hands and arms, etc. Ability to work in non-air-conditioned warehouse during the summer with large fans creating moderate air flow. This is a 13-week internship program, here are the details: Our goal is to build lasting professional relationships that will help prepare you for the modern workplace while also helping BLUSOURCE find our next full-time Blu Crewmembers.So, over the course of the summer, BLUSOURCE interns will learn about business operations, receive dedicated time and feedback from business leaders, have opportunities to make formal presentations to company leaders, and gain useful experience in their department. Dates: May 12 August 15 Hours: 8:00-4:30 Monday-Friday Compensation: 14.50/hr This position has a shift-based schedule with FT hours required during peak season (typically May-Aug) Blusource is an equal opportunity employer.
