About the Role:
We seek a Information Systems Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between technical analysis, hands-on development & implementation, and systems administration to ensure that our systems align with business needs and are effectively integrated within our environment. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across departments, gathering requirements, defining workflows, configuring systems, managing the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, and maintaining systems post-deployment. Key Responsibilities:
- System Analysis: Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from cross-functional teams to design system solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Process Mapping & Optimization: Define workflows, identify areas for process improvement, and recommend technical solutions that align with best practices.
- System Configuration & Customization: Configure, test, and deploy software solutions based on specific business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business and IT strategies.
- Development & Implementation: End-to-end implementation of new systems or updates, coordinating with developers, stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure successful deployment.
- Systems Administration: Perform routine system maintenance, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security protocols are adhered to. Manage updates, patches, and system upgrades as needed to maintain operational integrity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with key stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions, bridging communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Training & Support: Provide training and technical support to users, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and a high level of user satisfaction.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including process workflows, system configurations, and training materials to ensure knowledge continuity.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management, Computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Hands-on experience with information systems implementations, business process mapping, and configuration of software solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in requirements gathering, system configuration, testing methodologies, and system administration practices.
- Proficient with ERP, CRM, or similar enterprise software solutions.
- Familiarity with Programming languages.
- Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and basic coding or scripting knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform - Advantage
- Familiarity with the Gaming Industry - Advantage
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Project Management: Experience managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
Language: Proficiency in English and Hebrew is preferred.
