Job Summary : The MIS Executive at The Amazon Guru will play a pivotal role in managing and analyzing data to support decision-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating advanced data solutions, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to enhance productivity and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Data Management & Analysis

• Maintain and optimize Google Sheets for seamless data organization.
• Use advanced Excel/SQL for data cleaning, structuring, and analysis.
• Build automated dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

 2 Automation & Optimization

• Automate workflows using Macros, VBA, and Google App Script.
• Implement API integrations and optimize data pipelines using SQL & Power Query.

3 Reporting & Business Intelligence

• Develop real-time monitoring dashboards and MIS reports.
• Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Generate insights for decision-making and operational planning.

4 Collaboration & Support

• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Troubleshoot data issues and train teams on MIS tools.

5 Additional

• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend best practices.
• Provide insights on e-commerce performance and market analytics.

Qualifications (Please Apply Only If You Meet These Requirements)

1 Year of Experience in

• Google Sheets (Advanced Formulas, Data Import, Google Scripts) / Proficient in creating pivot tables, macros, and utilizing Power Query for data integration.
• Data Analysis & Visualization: Ability to download reports, clean and organize data, and develop dashboards to showcase analysis and trends.
• Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).

Bonus Skills (A Plus for Your Application):

1.Project Management Tool Certification - Asana

2.Familiarity with e-commerce operations is a plus.

3.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
