We are looking for an MIS Executive - FinOps to handle credit reporting bureau
interactions, ticket resolution, and escalation management. This role requires strong
analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise with credit bureaus and
internal teams to ensure smooth credit reporting and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Credit Bureau Reporting & Coordination:
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of customer credit data to credit
bureaus.
Collaborate with credit bureaus to resolve discrepancies and data-related
issues.
Monitor bureau responses and take corrective actions where necessary.
Issue Resolution & Ticket Handling:
Address and resolve customer disputes related to credit reporting.
Handle support tickets and grievance requests related to credit
discrepancies.
Work with internal teams (finance, risk, and compliance) to resolve escalations.
Escalation & Stakeholder Management
: Connect with credit bureaus for escalations and dispute resolution
. Act as a liaison between customers, Lenders, support teams, and credi
tbureaus
. Provide timely updates and resolutions to stakeholders
.Process Compliance & Improvement
: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for credit reporting
. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficien
toperations
. Maintain detailed records of disputes, resolutions, and escalations
.
Qualifications & Skill
s: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related fiel
d. 2+ years of experience in credit operations, dispute resolution, or financi
alservice
s. Familiarity with credit bureaus (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, etc.) and reporti
ngstandard
s. Strong problem-solving and analytical skill
s. Knowledge of SQL is a plus poin
t. Proficiency in ticketing systems, Excel, and financial tool
s. Excellent communication and management skill
