Job Description:


We are looking for an Apprenticeship Coach to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. In this role, you will support the development of talent through apprenticeships, working closely with learners and managers to deliver high-quality training and support.


What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Design, update, and maintain high-quality training materials.
  • Manage learner portfolios, conduct reviews, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Provide guidance on the apprenticeship learning management system.
  • Contribute to Quality Improvement Plans and Self-Assessment Reports.
  • Support the team with awarding body and Ofsted visits.
  • Stay updated with awarding organisation and funding body requirements.


Your superpowers:

  • Passionate about supporting learners and delivering high-quality training.
  • Proven experience in managing apprenticeships, particularly Operations Manager at Level 5.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
  • Strong ability to manage a busy workload with competing priorities.
  • Functional skills/GCSEs in Maths and English at Level 2.
  • Coaching qualification or equivalent (e.g., TAQA, CAVA).
