Duties Description Assignment: Within the Division of Technology and Court Research (DoTCR), reporting to the Deputy for Application and Project Management, the Management Analyst will act as a Technology Implementation Coordinator. The Management Analyst will develop statewide training, and implementation, plans for applications and services, to be delivered to court users, developed in conjunction with vendors and DoTCR Application Teams. The Management Analyst will work closely with technical staff through the state to provide direct support for onboarding new applications and services, directing user inquiries, collaborating with vendors and application teams on enhancements, and documenting implementation progress for DoTCR and OCA leadership.
The Management Analyst will also be responsible for performing policy, legal, and operations analysis with court and administrative stakeholders, establishing and monitoring best practices, and standardizing practices across all application users. Additionally, they will develop and maintain project plans, materials, forms, website content and public information related to court technology applications and services. Previous project management and large-scale technology implementation experience is required. Experience with court operations, Jira, the Microsoft Office suite, development tools, and cloud-based applications is preferred. Travel throughout New York State may be required.
Minimum Qualifications JG-30 Principal Management Analyst
Base Salary: $123,228
QUALIFICATIONS: One year in the Senior Management Analyst title; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and four (4) year or relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
OR
JG-28 Senior Management Analyst
Base Salary: $110,853
QUALIFICATIONS: One year in the Management Analyst title; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
