Job Description: Serve as the Pentagon Force Protection Agency Emergency Escape Mask Program (PFPA EEM) POC/Training Coordinator for ESD personnel, including training completion tracking and EEM distribution Serve as the POC/Training Coordinator for all ESD personnel training and learning programs, ensuring timely completion of paperwork and payment Provide ESD programs weekly status reports to Director and Assistant Directors Manage ESD Parking Program Track and edit all incoming correspondence to the Director and Deputy Director Resolve all ESD issues with Defense Travel System (DTS), administer Metro Card program, process all ESD personnel awards Serve as alternate Emergency Planning Coordinator POC for Continuity of Operations (COOP) exercises and plans Serve as the event coordinator for Directorate or Division wide meetings and as the POC/liaison for all inquiries about ESD program and operations Job Requirements: Active Department of Defense (DOD) Secret clearance (upgradeable to Top Secret) Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint) Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or relevant military experience Ability to collaborate with team members and work independently to identify and create solutions for issues surrounding program and personnel management
