Insight Technology Solutions LLC. was recently awarded a contract supporting the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) under the Infrastructure Security Division (ISD) in Arlington, VA. As part of our efforts, we are currently seeking a Journeyman Management Analyst (Front Office Executive Assistance) to assist in activities related to program development, operational support, and other administrative and analysis functions. Job Responsibilities and Qualifications: Provide senior level experience that includes technical writing and suggestions for editing of Executive Branch, Congressional, GAO, OMB correspondence as well as drafting briefs, white papers, and reports in support of routine requirements. Provide operational support to senior executive level management, including preparation and review materials submitted for approval to divisions, DHS Offices, DHS Component leadership and external recipients. Provide a comprehensive response to taskers that are prepared by subdivisions for senior management response. Including, working directly with sub-divisions and assisting in reviewing/rewriting a comprehensive response to taskers that would be presented on behalf of the senior level management to the tasker POC. Provide executive-level support. This includes the ability to be a self-starter, be proactive, operate in a fast-paced environment, and able to initiate and complete tasks independently. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and display a commitment to achieving a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and a “no-task-too-small” approach to the work. Prepare daily binders for executive leadership with calendar and information pertaining to the day’s engagements. Manage calendars, schedules, and travel/meeting logistics for assigned executives. Utilize the CATT system to track incoming requests and deadlines, download documents, create and send tasks. Apply a high level of expertise in writing and editing, knowledge of formatting requirements, and an ability to translate technical, programmatic, budgetary, and other complex information to create effective talking Apply the ability to evaluate, analyze, and synthesize large quantities of data (which may be fragmented and contradictory) into high quality, fused targeted products Provide support for performing technical editing and reviews of organization’s written and graphic-based products, including ensuring all written and graphic- based products are clearly written and accurate and ensuring all products are consistent with agency policy and meet the style requirements of the department and are written at an appropriate level for the intended audience Job Type: Full-time, Contract Work Location: Arlington, VA 2 days in office and 3 days telework.
